Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

1 - Battery charging

Standard Charging Process: Disconnect all connectors and remove all debris from the charging ports, especially the battery. Check if the power supply is OK. Try with another power supply if necessary. Securely connect the charging cable to the battery, then place the battery face-up on the floor. (This way the weight of the battery will be placed on the plug to prevent it from coming loose) Check that all connections are secure. (the quick charger indicator light: solid blue) Short press the Bluetooth button to activate the charging mode. (the quick charger indicator light: blinking blue to green blinking) Do not charge the battery right after use. (Always charge it only when the battery is cold...

2 - Magnet correction

There is a small magnet located under where the battery is inserted. This magnet activates the on/off switch inside the battery box when the battery is placed. On a small number of boards, the aluminum fitting was not flush with the foam, creating a gap. This results in intermittent power loss while using the card. To correct this problem, remove the upper left part of the sticker in the battery compartment. Remove the magnet Place a shim under the magnet Re-attach the sticker

3 - My board is getting water

Although PPE foam boards absorb a small amount of water, there should be no excess water absorbed during the session. If you hear water lapping inside your board and your weight/balance point is being drastically affected, your board may be malfunctioning. This potential problem is caused by a defect in the manufacturing process. The process has been changed to reduce the likelihood of this defect continuing.

4 - My remote stopped working

Make sure the remote is loaded correctly. If the remote does not charge and/or there is water inside the remote, please contact your dealer to replace it.

5 - My board is working without remote connection

Update your firmware to the latest version:

6 - Fuselage broke without impact (no fall, fall, etc.)

Some of the early productions may have been done by a bad batch of metal alloy. As a result, some customers had broken fuselages in normal use. These breaks are covered under the waydoo warranty. The design has been improved to reduce the likelihood of this defect in the future.

7 - Board turning off randomly (turns on again by pressing the on / off button)

The magnet on the board may not be making a solid connection to the battery. See the magnet video

8 - Red battery failure light

Check if the battery temperature is too high. If the temperature is too high, stop using it and wait for the battery to cool down before continuing to use it. Check if the battery level is too low. If the battery is very low, charge it immediately. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service in due time.

9 - The battery is out of power

Check that the power pack and battery are connected correctly. If there is any slack, tighten the L-shaped screws in time. Normally, the battery has an output. The output indicator on the display will continue to light blue.

Battery cannot be charged

First, make sure the battery fault indicator is lit. If so, contact after-sales service to repair or replace the battery. Then check if the charger indicator is flashing red. If the charger is in good condition, check that the charger's AC plug and the built-in battery port are properly connected. Tighten if they are loose. If the connection is normal, turn the charger over. Make sure the electric appliance's rocker switch is in the ON position, then the battery should be able to charge normally.

10 - Motor making abnormal noise during use

Immediately release the remote control trigger to stop the engine, turn off the remote control, lie down on the board and paddle back to land using your hands. Remove the battery and check the propeller for any foreign matter. If foreign material is present, remove propeller protective cap and propeller for cleaning. Before inspecting the propeller, make sure the battery is disconnected and remove the battery.

11 - Trembling or vibrating while driving

Immediately release the remote control trigger to stop the engine, turn off the remote control, lie down on the board and paddle back to land using your hands. Remove the battery and check that the power pack mounting screws are loose. If it's loose, tighten them in time.

12 - Remote control connection seems intermittent during use

Immediately release the remote control trigger to stop the engine, turn off the remote control, lie down on the board and paddle back to land using your hands. Turn on the remote and check if the Bluetooth icon is flashing. If it is flashing, reset the battery and pair again using Bluetooth. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact the after-sales service in time.
